Portland Lighting move into the Traffic and Road Lighting Arena
Portland Lighting, renowned for their innovative range of sign lighting, trough lighting and hospitality lighting products, and supported by the FW Thorpe Plc group, have been joined by one of the most experienced teams in the industry. Eric Woodhouse and Mark Tudor have worked together in the traffic and road safety lighting industry for many years, from the early days at Truesigns in the late 70's moving to Simmonsigns in the late 90's. Their decision to join us allows the creative team to get back together doing what they know best.

The Portland Traffic brand has been created to service the road and traffic safety lighting market, and will operate from our new Eco factory based in Walsall, West Midlands. We have great links within the FW Thorpe Plc group giving us access to development, testing and our global supply chain.

The modular 'BEE SEEN' range of beacon globes and road traffic lighting equipment, covering sign lighting, safety lighting and more. The products are cleverly designed to incorporate further Hi-Viz additions to suit the safety requirements of individual sites. The Value engineered design ensures a standard belisha beacon can be enhanced with further components for extra day time visibility. All feature a high performance LED light engine with a low power consumption.
